dat939 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), and Meezan Bank. dat939 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in your name.
Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your dat939 balance instantly or within a few minutes. Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank may take up to one (1) business day to reflect in your account. dat939 reserves the right to impose minimum and maximum deposit limits on any account.
Withdrawal requests submitted through your dat939 account dashboard are typically processed within thirty (30) minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank accounts are generally processed within one (1) business day. Processing times may be extended where KYC verification is pending or where additional security checks are required.
Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in your own name. dat939 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Any real-money balance deposited directly (without a bonus claim) is withdrawable at any time, subject to KYC verification and minimum withdrawal thresholds.

dat939 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any bets placed before a promotion is modified or terminated will be settled in accordance with the terms applicable at the time the bet was placed.
All bets placed on dat939 are subject to acceptance by the platform. dat939 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to situations where: the bet exceeds the maximum stake limit for that market, the odds were published in error, the event has already commenced at the time the bet is placed (except for in-play markets), or suspicious betting patterns are detected.
Bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant sporting event or game outcome, as determined by the relevant governing body or dat939's data provider. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of an event, dat939's decision shall be final, subject to the complaints procedure set out herein.
In the event that a bet is accepted or settled due to a manifest technical error, software malfunction, or human error resulting in obviously incorrect odds or payouts, dat939 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the original stake to the Player's account. dat939 will not be liable for any losses arising from such errors.
Where a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with dat939's specific sport rules applicable to that event type. Generally, if an event is abandoned after it has commenced and sufficient play has occurred to determine an official result, bets may be settled on that result. Where no official result is declared, stakes will typically be returned to players.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. dat939 shall not be liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or service interruptions, whether scheduled or unscheduled.
dat939 shall not be liable for any financial losses incurred by a Player as a result of gaming activity on the platform. All gaming involves risk and players accept that losses are a possible outcome of participation.
dat939 is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of third-party payment services including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank. Any delays, failures, or errors arising from third-party payment processing are outside dat939's control and dat939 shall not be liable for resulting losses.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dat939's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their dat939 account during the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
dat939 shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay is caused by a Force Majeure event. dat939 will take reasonable steps to resume normal service as soon as practicable following the cessation of a Force Majeure event.
Players may close their dat939 account at any time by contacting support via the account dashboard live chat. Upon receipt of a closure request, dat939 will process any outstanding withdrawal of the remaining real-money balance, provided all KYC and verification requirements have been satisfied, before deactivating the account.
dat939 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice where: the Player has breached any provision of these Terms; the Player has provided false information; fraudulent or criminal activity is suspected; regulatory or legal requirements demand account closure; or dat939 determines in its sole discretion that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform or other players.
Upon termination of an account for breach of these Terms, dat939 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus funds, promotional winnings, or balances arising from prohibited conduct. Any real-money balance not subject to forfeiture will be returned to the Player following satisfactory KYC verification and resolution of any pending investigations.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations applicable to dat939's operating licence. Where a dispute involves a player located in Pakistan, dat939 will give reasonable consideration to applicable Pakistani consumer protection principles in resolving the matter.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
